Level 1: Foundations of Xiao Dao

This initial course prepares you for the advanced applications of Level Two while offering a complete system of healing you can apply right away.

Level 2: Advanced Xiao Dao Training

Live Virtual Course — Two Weekends

Weekend 1:
December 6–7, 2025, 9:00am - 1:00 EST
Now that the first level of Xiao Dao has been studied, Master Lu  weaves the second layer with a profound focus on Five Element diagnosis using a team approach.  Through case studies he will explore:

  •  Three-Organ approach: Liver/Stomach/Kidney, Liver/Stomach/Heart, and Liver/Stomach/Lung combinations
  • Application: Understand how to apply each combination for effective natural healing
  • Plan: How and when to select the team approach in common conditions
  • Analyze: Recognize the degree of Qi stagnation involved
  • Diagnosis: A system that minimizes error 

Weekend 2: 
January 10–11, 2026, 9:00am - 1:00 EST

Refine skills through step-by-step meridian diagnosis. Case studies illustrate how to identify complex patterns, develop treatment strategies, and apply clinical TCM reasoning. The focus this weekend is on the following:

  • Location: Why and what the location reveals as a starting point
  • Diagnosis: Applying Xiao Dao principles and meridian diagnosis to stimulate the body healing response
  • Plan: The root is always at the invisible level.  Which points create the healing response?
    Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1

    Replays will be available for continued resource. 

Master Key for optimum results

Using the Xiao Dao method, you’ll support the body in gradually revealing areas of imbalance—paving the way for more effective and lasting outcomes.

Acupoint Protocols

 

Study the acupoints that make Xiao Dao highly effective.  These points along with Meridian diagnosis allow the body to awaken its healing abilities.

Five Element Diagnosis

The concepts of  Xiang Ke and Xiang Shen are applied at an advanced level helping to develop a team approach. 

Food & Herbal Support

Specific recommendations are woven throughout Level 1 and 2 with an emphasis on essence and frequency as guiding principles.

Level 1 Video Lessons


This course is structured in user-friendly modules within a platform that allows you to complete resources and progress at your own pace. Included are 7 video lessaons, acupoint graphics,  as well as other visual materials and audio recoding of Live sessions.

Level 2  Live Sessions


This level requires in-depth study of two core frameworks: advanced Five Element theory and meridian diagnosis.  Through clinical case studies, Master Lu outlines patient protocols for several more complicated conditions.

Live Virtual Class

 

Level 2 is held over two weekends to allow time to expand each of the two main frameworks.  If you cannot attend live, video and audio replays will be available.

Content is advanced therefore completion of Level One is a must.
