Joints and Sports Injuries

Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a unique perspective on preventing and healing sports injuries.  In my 60 years of martial arts, I’ve seen many injuries treated in ways that fix the pain but lead to ongoing problems in the future. Side effects are not always immediate, but they can quietly weaken the body’s abilities over time.

The body is designed to heal but if treatment goes against its design, the results will limit the body's abilities.  These protocols follow Natural Law which encourages the body’s innate ability to heal without side-effects.

Areas Discussed

Carpal Tunnel, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Knee Pain, Chronic Lower Back Pain, Sports Injuries

Treatment Plan

In these sessions, Dr. Nan Lu shares specific protocols to release pain, and help patients avoid surgery.  He  shares how he determines each treatment plan and why the body may have been more susceptible to certain injuries in the first place.  With decades of experience, his track record for supporting patients through natural processes has been remarkable.

Learn how to prevent and treat these conditions, using acupressure, acupuncture, herbal remedies, and often Qigong and food therapy. True recovery comes from a collaborative process of patient and practitioner working together to follow the body’s natural desire for balance.
