1. Course Access and Use

1.1. The Course is intended for individual, educational purposes only. By registering, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and participate in the Course. 1.2. You may not share, sell, reproduce, distribute, or sublicense any portion of the Course materials, including videos, handouts, and other resources, without prior written consent from Nan Lu. 1.3. Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of Course content may result in immediate termination of your access, without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

Community Forum Guidelines

Participants are encouraged to engage in Course-related discussions within designated community forums, such as Facebook groups. To maintain a positive and respectful environment:

Focus discussions on Course content and related topics.
Avoid sharing personal diagnoses or seeking medical advice.
Refrain from engaging in disrespectful or disruptive behavior.
Respect the confidentiality and perspectives of other participants.
Adhere to the forum’s specific rules and moderation policies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. 5.1 Payment options include a one-time payment or a two-time installment plan, as specified during registration. Full payment (or the first installment, if applicable) is required upon registration, and accepted payment methods will be outlined during enrollment. 5.2. No refunds will be issued once course materials have been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests may be considered only if submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and prior to accessing any course materials. 5.3. Tao of Healing, LLC reserves the right to cancel the course, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all Course-related interactions, including live sessions, discussion forums, and group activities. 6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. Tao of Healing, LLC has the right to terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms and Conditions. 7.2. No refunds will be issued for termination resulting from a breach of these terms.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1. Tao of Healing, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Course platform. 8.2. Continued participation in the Course after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York City. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York City.
